Liza M. Scott is Registered and Licensed Dietitian, a Certified Sports Nutritionist through the International Society of Sports Nutrition, a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.

Originally born in Moscow, Russia she moved to the US at a young age and ended up in sunny Florida.

She received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Dietetics,  and went on to receive her Master's of Nutrition Science Degree from The Florida State University (Go Noles!).

During her time as FSU, she completed her 1200 hour internship in nutrition and dietetics, wrote a thesis on nutritional interventions for osteoporosis, and worked at the University gym as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor.

She realized her dream was to be a dietitian and personal trainer when she was interning at a local Chiropractor's office in Jupiter, Florida. She was fascinated by how much misinformation there was in the US about proper nutrition, and decided it was her job to reveal the truth to people about what they are eating.

Liza has been in the fitness industry for the past 8 years, and holds certifications in Personal Training and Group Exercise from AFAA, Johnny G Spinning, and has been trained in  Kettlebells, yoga, and Pilates.
